While Elodie is designed to be warm and helpful, she cannot provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, offer therapy, or replace the support of a trained professional. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or inappropriate for sensitive situations.

If Elodie's crisis detection system activates during a conversation, we may log that an activation occurred (without storing the content of the conversation) for the purpose of improving our safety systems. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
